    Hey guys. Im trying to bump my shoulders down .002 as per the guys on Modern Day Sniper, but after I ran them through my FL sizing die (minus the expander ball) I noticed that all my cases have a 2 thou flare at the case mouth. WTF? This never happened just running the normal FL die setup.

    Hey guys, should the ladder test be one, 12 shot group all at once or 12 cold bore shots? I ask because my barrel isnt the heaviest and I dont know if doing it all at once will heat the barrel and make me throw shots.

    Thank you all for taking the time to reply to my thread, I know its been a little while. Ill revisit this again this winter, hopefully with the Ruger in a Magpul stock w/mags that will permit me to load longer, Lapua brass, and a magnetospeed. Wish me luck lol and thanks again everyone.

    My mistake, the loading is as follows: -Fed GMM brass (once fired from the same rifle) -IMR4064 - varying charges, i found that the fed brass is much thicker than most cases, im crushing powder at 42gr instead of the published 44 max. -CCI large rifle primers -Sierra 175gr TMKs
