Does anyone make a pouch for 10rnd AR-10 mags? I see 20rnd pouches but I assume I'd be fishing in the pouch for the mag or I'd have put something in it to fill the bottom. I'd rather have a pouch that fits right. Thanks guys TW
I bedded my savage in a choate tactical stock and i noticed the action is canted in the stock. Is this somthing i should worry about or as long as I level the scope will it b ok? Thanks TW
I'm just getting serious about long range shooting and just bought a kowa 601, my first good spotter(thank you Scott). What do you guys carry and protect your spotting scope and tripod with when your in the field? Do you use a pack or a pouch? Do you keep the eyepiece attached if you use one...
I have a Remington over sized recoil lug sitting around from another project and was wondering if it would work on my Savage. I test fit it on an old Savage barrel and it seems a little loose on the shank. Will this matter? the barrel nut should allow for the extra thickness, right? Any help on...
Sorry, it's another best scope thread I'm just starting to get serious about longrange shooting and need my first spotting scope. I've been thinking of getting the bushnell excursion. It seems like it's getting pretty good reviews but I'm worried it'll be like the super sniper. Everyone said...
I have a Choate tactical stock and my barrel is a standard varmint contour so I have a huge gap in the channel. I want to fill it up a bit. Can I just use regular epoxy? Or should I use something else to deal with the heat and exposure? Thanks TW
Does anyone know where I can get replacement action screws that are actually long enough to go flush within the action. Cranking em down they're still a ways down in the action. Can't be good for consistent bedding, having only a few threads holding it in. Thanks TW
I want my 10T a little lighter and eventually want to suppress it. I'm thinking of having it cut down to 20" and having fluted and threaded. Is there any reason this is a bad idea? Thanks for your input. TW
Does anyone have some reloading data for 260rem with a 120gr Amax? Can't find anything except for 6.5 creedmore and that's only using H4350 or other 120gr bullets. If no one has any guess i'll start with 120gr MK data. Also need a coal. Thanks TW
I'm doing a project on a Savage in .260rem. It has a factory varmint contour barrel. I want to put a brake on it but I'm not sure which one. I don't want one with ports on the bottom. I'd like one that that looks like it belongs there. Not necessarily a turned down Vais but definitely not a big...
