    barrel out of spec?

    Was wondering I just picked up a brand new remington 700 sps varmint. I desided to check the chamber with my hornady OAL case lenth. I know saami specs for 308 is 2.80. I am getting 2.93 to the lands with a 168 nosler cc. Any insight would help.
