Unfortunately, the carry permit does not count and we still have to do the background check. Also, the application fee is not just for the background check, it also covers the other cost of thermal ID cards, programming codes into the gate and building, as well as other items. Thanks!

Re: need help designing a case 30-416 Rigby will do it. It is a bitch to shoot but it will do what you are asking. I couldn't stand to pull the trigger on mine more than 10 rounds at one sitting but you can reach those speeds with the 240. Bruce Baer has the reamers.
