Re: Which primers? powder? LG- I plan to reload for my .40S&W and whatever else comes my way down the road. I plan on picking up the Nosler and the Lymn(49th) this weekend at Cabela's. That should be a good start. Thanks guys.
Re: Which primers? powder? jasonk-I also started a thread titled "Which manual?". I need one to go with. Cabela's shows the Nosler for $19.95 where as Gander has the same book for $39.99
Re: Which primers? powder? LG...ZERO! I'm trying to get my stuff together. Found CCI primers in town today. I'm a little way from doing this but Gander doesn't get this stuff very often.
Hey guys. I have been looking but not much info on .223. I will be starting reloading but would like to start looking for primers and powder. I know nothing about either so it makes it tough to read without some help. What primers fit and work well with a .223 bolt gun? I know some of it may...
The only local place around me to stock these is Gander. I went there and they had 2. Neither looked great but the Nosler manual was ok. From experience, what have you guys found most useful to an entry level reloader? If anyone has anything they want to sell let me know. I have to start...
Re: Vortex scopes I have the crossfire in 6-24x50. It is a nice scope fr the money. I have learned my lesson, Falcon is next for me. The glass is ok. I'm not really satisfied with the turrets/adjustments. They just feel kind of sloppy. I bought one because their home office is 15...

Re: Need some equipment help My local choices are Dick's and Gander mtn. They are both horrible. Gander has shotgun peices and one rifle kit for $569.00. Since money is so tight, I want to start as low as I can go without wasting money. How many rounds would it take to justify reloading...
Re: Factory .260? But some diversity is always wanted in a gun safe...isn't it? How hard is it to find a whole bolt(maybe set up for the .260)? I like the idea of a switch hitter, but I think I would rather have seperate rifles???
Ok, I'm new to rifles. I have been looking at getting into reloading for my pistol(.40 S&W). I really want to now for the rifle. I am out of work so money sucks. What is the problem with Lee products? I have seen their scales are iffy. Will these products work until I can upgrade? You can...
Re: Savage DBM.. Part Deux.. The rounds stagger but I dont think the mag is part of the stock. Mine looks like the one pictured when it's loaded. I measured with a tape measure.
Re: Savage DBM.. Part Deux.. Is that a center or stagger feed in the pic? I measured from center to center at about 4 3/8". 4.275" is stagger and 4.40" is center. Any idea what I have?
Re: Bolt knob install I have a riding bell in the shape of a grenade on my Harley. I've always thought it might be neat to incorprate that into a bolt handle design. ** found it-page 2...2/3 of the way down http://www.guardianbell.com/bells.php?page=2
