Re: Pics to get ya fired up on Predator season !! Nope thats a ringtailed cat. Coati are more red/brorn and have long snouts. They are in the Racoon family too. Ringtails are not true cats either.

Re: WTF!!!!!!!! Our Tax Dollars at work in Montana!! IRON PROWLER... I am not intending to make an insult just making sure we are all on same page in case there is confusion on this. This was a Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep not the Domestic wool sheep. The Bighorn sheep like this are a...
Re: WTF!!!!!!!! Our Tax Dollars at work in Montan OK Folkes, IMHO and based on eduction and experiences a perspective of events from the article some things to consider. LEOs are not in the business of setting up a grand scale UC Operation to catch the random doer of misdeeds. UC Ops are...

Re: Hunting Whitetails with FGGM MR.HUMBLE!!! To have asked you a question about pronghorn loads and you turn out to not only an unethical hunter (just read your Texas style hunting) but also a law breaker! Using illegal calibers in the state of Wyoming. Being a former Wyoming Game and Fish...

Re: Hunting Whitetails with FGGM Mr. Humble Thanks for the response. Even though took a while to find it due to all the targeting prior. While I use the .25-06 in a Ruger No.1 and try to keep shots at 400 or less the .25-06 proves itself out to 650 yards on one buck pronghorn. Gotta be...
Re: Hunting Whitetails with FGGM Mr. Humble I am curious as to the caliber you use for hunting pronghorn in Wyoming? I use a .25-06 and have had excellent success with it what is your preferred caliber ? Thanx! From a fellow Wyomingite!
Re: Hunting Whitetails with FGGM I would think anyone on a site that touts precision shooting would also be ethical in his hunting. Those with no respect for their quarry would endorse a Texas Butt Shot. One with no skill would take that shot as they know nothing of what they are doing.
Re: 223 for a muley I have used a .25-06 Rem. for even Elkers and had great performance. As others have stated its the placement of the shot. A ell placed shot with a rifle that does not relocate your shoulder into the next county will always out perform a poorly placed shot from the "ubber"...
