    .260 Rem AR 24" barrel, what's the consensus on lighter vs heavier bullets? Is there a general consensus that gas .260's work better with lighter (say 120-123 gr) bullets than heavier (139-142 gr)? I know that the heavier bullets have a slightly higher BC bit wasn't sure if the gas vs bolt...

    I've read that factory 140 Amax's have had accuracy issues lately. Can you get your hands on some Lapua 139 gr factory ammo to see how that shoots? ETA: based on what I've read about the factory Hornsby ammo I would not assume the rifle was the problem just yet.

    I answered the build vs buy question with a Sako TRG. Couldn't be happier and there was the benefit of plenty of data to start loading with.

    What is the ball park cost to have a barrel set back vs having a new barrel installed? Assuming you already had the receiver trued.
