    Switching to Froglube

Froglube seems to work well and easily. Now, we have Firelube. Are there any substantive data or studies done comparing these two? I want to find the best, but how much better is it and at what cost? Anyone use the old low-temp weapons lubricant from the Army? I got a bunch of 5 gal cans and...

BHTC 2 Day Precision AAR - Apr. 14-15

Re: BHTC 2 Day Precision AAR - Apr. 14-15 The course was not only very instructive, it was also a lot of fun. If anyone is thinking about doing a course like this with BHTC, just do it. You will be glad you did. Originally, I signed up for the course so I could go spend some time with my...

    Feedback Good Guy List

Re: Good Guy List Yesterday, I had a fairly large transaction with Shane45. Everything was as good or better than described, and the transaction was smooth and professional. I would buy or sell with Shane45 again regardless of the price. Shane45 is just the kind of guy with whom you want to...

Re: Sinclair Priming tool...anyone using????? Have a q On some of the Lee shell holders, you might need to file off burrs, or little bits of machining junk. When that is done, as mentioned above, the shell holder and the cup that holds the primer should be even. The Sinclair tools is great. I...

Rifle Scopes Leica vs. Swarovski binoculars

Re: Leica vs. Swarovski binoculars I agree. The Swaros have the best light transmission and color fidelity. Since I am a photographer, those things are important to me. I wanted the best, budget wasn't a big deal, and I went with the Swaros. Cheers, Mike

Rifle Scopes Recommend me a tripod.

Re: Recommend me a tripod. After using Manfrotto for a while, I switched to Gitzo carbon fiber, which I have used for the last six years and have been very happy with it. I have carried it all over the world, and it has survived baggage handlers in real backwater places, along with rivers...

    RL 22 and RL 25

I have been trying to find 5 lb containers of RL 22 and 25 for some time without success. However, a website I check frequently seems to have a good supply of both at present. If you are looking for those powders, check out powdervalley.com. I am not related to powdervalley in any way...just a...

Recommended press for 338 LP and 408 CT?

Does anyone have experience reloading both 338 Lapua and 408 Chey Tac on a press that they really liked? I have a Dillon 550 that takes care of all my regular reloading needs, but a couple Christmas gifts to myself require something new. Any experiences or recommendations shared would be...

What is the best Laser Rangefinder for the money?

Re: What is the best Laser Rangefinder for the mon One more for the Swarovski here. The optics are brighter. Not cheap, neither is the Leica, but it is good. You usually get what you pay for. Like pinzmann, the best I can get out in flatland with scrub or sagebrush is 1100-1200. With...

Movie Theater District 9 - Surprisingly good

Picked up a Redbox version two days ago. It was good, so I got the Blu-Ray today. Not the same old plot - very different. Lots of fun 'prawn' weaponry as well. Very realistic effects. Give it a try.
