I have not selected a bullet I want to use. The area where I hunt there will never be more than a 400-450 yard shot, so I will focus on that range and less. My rifle is a repeater.

I just bought my first 243 (factory bull barrel). I am wanting to work up a load for this rifle and wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for a good and accurate starting point for a hunting round. Thanks
