When i was first putting my remy 700 in 308 together i was weighing out cost of gun and scope and what i came up with at the time was i put a US optics ST-10 fixed power ontop Its a good scope simple easy to read reticle and robust scope and not to mention ideal for the .308

No i havent but i sure do like how yha dont have to fight it when i clean my gun I did by some of that bore tech about a month ago on sombodys recomendation. I will for sure give it a try now
