    Gunsmithing Re-Barrel local gunsmith, southern Cali.

    Lookin to re-barrel Howa .243 to a fluted 18" light/heavy barrel in .308. twist rate can be 1/10, 1/11, even 1/12 I have not picked the barrel, or the gunsmith. Lookin for someone reputable, able to get the barrel, install it, GTG in 30 days or less. I am located in Riverside County Ca.
