Hi, You might try these guys. http://www.cabbagecases.com/lflite.htm The light flight series is pretty good but you would have to call and see what they have in stock or have it built to your dimensions. They should be able to give you an approximate weight on a build and for sure weigh what...
Re: Ohio Shoot?? Thank you to everyone for helping me out and particularly those that helped organize and pull this off. I had a great time and look forward to getting out there again soon. JH
Re: Ohio Shoot?? Hi, I am still planning on coming as well. I am pretty new to this as well but it seems like there will be plenty of help to get started. I am in the Dayton area but if I get up and rolling early I should be there by 8-8:30.
Re: My new reloading prep center and powder dispenser Thanks all, I am glad this was helpful to some folks. I agree littlecalm you can hardly go wrong with RCBS stuff sometimes they are a bit pricey but if you fine a good deal you can feel good about the purchase. As I said I would report...
Well I got a couple of new reloading toys and would like to share my limited experience with them so far. First up is the lyman case prep xpress. I have been looking for this type system for a couple of years now but have never been able to swallow the price for a Hornady and the RCBS left me...
Re: Beginners Photo Guide To Reloading (Doc's Steps) Thanks Scott, this is a Very nice write up and great pictures as well. By the way I noticed you were in Weaterford. My Aunt and Uncle have lived there for years. Take care and happy reloading. JH
Re: Regarding Smokeless Powder Choices You might look at accurate #2 as it will fill all the handgun requirements. I have had good luck with IMR 4198 for .223 and it should work for .222 and .243 but double check. I don't reload 300 WM but if you happen to be in Ohio PM me because I have some...
Re: nikon problems Give Nikon a call. I have used there photo gear for years and the only time I had a problem the lens was out of warranty and they charged but treated me very fairly. Good luck, I am sorry to hear you had a problem. JH
Re: IOR Valdada questions I really like my 3-18x42 so far it is sitting on a .308 bolt gun so hopefully recoil won't be an issue as that is the only problem that I have heard of with the newer ones. JH
Re: Best Bang for My Buck? You might also take a look at the Millett TRS-1. I have been happy with min and it is in your price range. There has been a recent review by a plice marksman that is pretty detailed. Not knocking the bushell though. JH
Re: birthday at the range Nice shooting. My wife cleans my clock in accuracy with just about anything she shoots. Our first date was at an indoor range, first shot out of a Ruger SP101 snubby was a head shot between the eyes of a B27 target at 15 yards. I just reloaded mags and speed loaders...
Re: Beretta M9 - Why the hate? No hate, but for me they do not fit well nor do I like the DA/SA trigger. I find that a lot of people struggle with this but some shoot them well. JH
Re: Millett TRS1 The test Concludes Thanks HRF for the extensive and time consuming review. I think I made a good decision in buying this scope as well and am glad that you have found it acceptable for your use. JH
Re: Millett LRS-1 mil/mil Glad to hear mostly positive feedback as I am looking at possibly getting one of these in the near future. I like the TRS for what I do especially for the money spent. Good glass and repeatable turrets. JH
Re: Millett TRS1. The test begins... Thank you Steve. I have looked at your past posts and have gotten a lot of good information from them. I really like my TRS-1 and may be looking at the LRS in the future, I hope that bushnell intends to keep the line. Please keep us informed as you are...
