They are fairly simple, just watch out for moisture build up in the tube if you are in a humid area. My suggestion is to avoid contact with the reticle housing at all costs. It is difficult to replace a broken reticle wire in these, it takes very fine tungsten wire and a delicate touch.

I have a 20" AT .308 Barrel with the AI brake as it came with the rifle last year. It works like a champ as a brake, very effective. No one else around appreciates it when shooting, everyone on the line thinks it is a .338 LM anyway.

Compatible in that the barreled action will fit, won't be able to use the TRG magazine that the CTR bottom metal is made for. No big deal if you are OK with using AICS magazines instead of the expensive Sako mags. I plan on getting an Xray for mine, and maybe a TRG trigger since I prefer a two...

I use a .292 bushing, Redding neck size only die. I am loading for an AIAE with an AINA Bartlein barrel. Works great!
