    Question around Ejector Marks/Heavy Bolt Lift

    2,698 fps from a 20 inch barrel is pretty hot in my opinion. The fact that FGMM and Prime eject properly without either sticky bolt lift or ejector marks - and have lower velocities would suggest that there is nothing wrong with your chamber or barrel.

    Berger 185gr Juggernauts

    I'm loading the 185 Berger Juggernauts into Remington brass with Remington 9 1/2 primers and 41.7 grains of IMR4064, seated at 2.225" bto. Superb accuracy and velocities of 2480fps from my 20 inch barrel, and 2600 from my 24 inch barrel.

    Help from the 175 SMK/I4064 Loaders

    For what it's worth, I'm loading 42.5 grains of IMR4064 with Sierra 175 Matchkings and 180 grain Gamekings. Remington brass, Remington 9 1/2 primers, 2.225 base to ogive. Sub half minute of angle accuracy. This is a max load in my rifle, 2,580fps from my 20 inch Savage barrel.

    308/175 SMK Help?

    You need to set your "range increment" to 100 yards - and make sure your "zero range" is at 100 yards. Ironically, both are side by side on the JBM calculator. Both are about halfway down the page.
