I'm really intrigued by the new Nosler 210 gr Accubond LR. At the same time, I'm contemplating buying a TRG42 in 300WM rather than the 338LM that I had originally planned. Have any of you had experience shooting the 210gr Accubond (or other long, heavy bullets) out of the TRG with the 1/11 twist. I realize it's at the slow end for those bullets. I am fairly new to long range shooting, but I believe it would be most problematic at low altitudes. Here in MN, most of the terrain is around 1000ft MSL and it's not unusual to get DA below sea level on a cold winter day.

Thanks,
Mike

a lot of trg 42 guys are running 208 amax and 210 bergers , not sure what you mean buy slow end (twist?)but you can get the two said bullets
in the 2900 range.
i myself have been running the 200gr hybrid at 2950 with great results out to 1200 and i'm at about same altitude,so i think you would be happy with the
300wm,and it's a little cheaper to load and less recoil.O almost forgot the 225 hornady hpbt runs well to,have made hits at 1740 with them.
you will be very happy with a trg .and welcome to the long range addiction!
