I don't know where to get one, but I know a couple ways around using them. If you are setting up a barrel nut barrel, set it for a slightly tight fit on the brass you are going to fire form. If its pre-fit, measure a couple fired cases to see how much they stretched. With a 223AI it should be a little tight on regular 223. This is preferable for fire forming.
