6.5 Creedmoor Ammo Prices

Well, 308 has come down in price with 168 and 175 around $1. All 6.5 still seems to be through the roof. Is there an end in sight?

I recently stopped by Ronnie Barrett’s Armory Outpost the other day. They had pallets of ammo and no limits. Paid $42/20 rounds for 6.5CM Hornady ELDM 140 gr. It’s high but I’m just glad I can get some. Maybe one day it will come down.

Just saw another Vista flyer....another price increase effective 11/01 I believe it said. Another 5-15% or so.

Still no orders on primers.

I did some bullet browsing today for some hunting bullets. Hornady seems to lead the pack as far as availability. Actually found a very specific bullet I wanted too.

My local shop is selling Hornady 140 ELDM and 147 ELDM for $36.99 per box. I’ve been buying as much as I can for that price.

All i shoot is 140 ELDM and 147 ELDM. Its like a unicorn around me, and when its found, its around $50-$60 per box of 20. Id definitely stack it as deep as i could if i were you LOL.

Only if you had a good supply of components and powder. Finding powder, primers and bullets is getting tough!
