Let's hear your recipes for long ranging with 6mm AI! I shoot a rem700, 26" pacnor stainless barrel, nightforce 5.5-22x56. My favorite loads are:

1000 yard load:
115gr DTAC, 50.2gr H1000, Norma brass turned to 0.013", CCI 200 primers, seated to jump 0.010". Chrony's at 3080.

Short range (or cheap) load:
105 Amax, hbn coated, 49gr H1000, R-P brass turned to 0.013, same primers, same seat depth, Chrony's at 2940.

I primarily use the DTACs and shoot 1k with them. The light amax load came out of neccesity. I owned 300 Amax bullets, used to shoot them but experienced bullet failure on naked amax at 3140 fps. HBN coating and backing them down to 2940 worked great. I use them for group shooting locally (gotta drive 3 hours to shoot 1k :( ).

AIM SMALL MISS SMALL

Don't have the caliber anymore, but the load was Molyed Sierra 107, REM brass, Win primer and 51.0 gr of N-165. It ran right at 3200 fps and the first time I ran 5 rounds over a chrono at my gunsmiths range it had a E/S of 3 and SD of 1! He said I was only wasting ammo chronoing any more. At a 1K F-Class match I shot with a guy shooting a 300 Win Mag with 190's and I used 2/3 the wind as the 190's. I didn't chase lands or otherwise tweak the load and at around 1700 rounds it shot a piece of rifling down the barrel and it was done. I didn't complain though with 1700 rounds.
