Accuracy International Picture Thread

Anybody know how to adjust the trigger weight on the AXSR? I checked my ATX and AXSR manual and it it only covers adjusting the trigger shoe placement and not adjusting the trigger pull weight.

Shitty pic for attention

Very late gen AW pattern rifles came with the newer style skins. They are just AW/ AWM so no barrel change system and if you look under their forend they are old styles not keyslot. I'm sure back a hundred pages in this thread or more there's several like that.

Does anyone make a one piece extended spigot arca rail for the AT? Similar to the long sawtooth but with spigot support.

Im looking for one continuous plane from the mag to the tip.

What do you mean by the phrase, “spigot support”?

This is the rail I use, but it isn’t extended:

I can still use the spigot by way of the cutout up front. I have to use a long thin thing, like an allen wrench, to press the spigot button.

See attached illustration - spigot has arca that continues all the way back to the magwell area.
I’ve never seen or heard of one that attaches to the spigot and extends back. To me unless it attached to the forend and spigot area both it be super wobbly anyways.

I had the extended rail on mine. I cut it off at the forend and run a picatinny on the spigot. That way I can use Arca or pic, the picatinny portion doesn’t allow the Arca clamp to slide on rail and it’s lower to the bore axis

Both my AT’s are set up the same.

Right exactly

So imagine you welded those two things together - that's what I was hoping already existed out there somewhere.

Nice rifles and thanks for the info 🤙

Elite iron. They attach to the pic rail. Very stable as they move the rotation point above the barrel.
Everyone says that, so I bought one years ago for that reason. For ME, I did not find that to be the case. Due to the extra length of the legs, I found it to be wobbly because of all the flex in the long legs. The reticle wanted to shift/wobble left and right, like the butt was fishtailing. It's the only bipod I've ever bought that I just couldn't stand using anymore. It also cost almost double the price of a Super CAL. No disrespect to those who love them (a lot of folks here do), but it wasn't a good fit for me (on an AXMC).

Somewhere on this forum I read that Fritz at Black Canyon Customs can rework an AI AXMC 308 bolt to a 300 WM bolt by opening up the bolt face.

I can't find the reference so asklng if anyone can verify that
Fritz has been converting the .308 bolt faces to magnums for guys wanting to run 6.5prc or .300wsm. I believe its for the AT’s/AX? Whichever is the short action you can actually find bolts for.
