Gunsmithing AI 1.5 700 SA Bdl chassis, bartlein #9, Stiller tac 30, Jewell hvr. Will it fit ??

The components I have are listed above. AI says that the max barrel contour is 1.25" for that particular chassis. I put the caliper to the barrel and it read 1.255". Will this be a problem?? Also I've heard of people having to mill out some space where the trigger will go. Mostly Jewell's and Timneys. My guy doing it is a close personal friend and doesn't have access to a milling machine. What are you guys thoughts as to what I might need to make this build as easily done as possible. Keith at Phoenix Custom Rifles did mine with pretty much the same components. Barrel was no problem; the Jewell trigger did require some stock trimming to get it to fit. With PCR doing the work it turned out great. I wouldn't think that it would be too awfully hard to manually trim some of the AI chassis for the trigger fit. I did use a bottom right safety, though.
