AK47 front sight gas block

Does any one know of anyone that make a front sight gas block for a AK otber than the Bolton block from rifle dymaics? I would run it however they wont sell just the block and i dont want to wait monthes to get my rifle back. Besides im kind of a do it your self kind of guy. Thanks

Im open to any ideas. I was looking at the krebs model if anyone has any experience with them.

I bought a Romanian one from K-VAR.
I've read some people bitch about them but I've had nothing but success.
