Rifle Scopes BC Cap Resource?

Is there somewhere here or elsewhere online which has a chart of scope manufacturers, the scopes they make, and the BC caps that go along with them?

I don't have my intended scopes in-hand as of yet which is why I can't measure the lenses. Either way, I'd like to have the caps ready to go when the scopes arrive.

Specifically I'm looking for:

Trijicon Accupoint 1-4x
Bushnell Elite 4200 3-12x44 FFP
Falcon Menace 4-14x (the caps that come with it are TERRIBLE)
Bushnell Elite 3200 10x40

Either way it might be a cool idea to have a sticky with this info.
