What are some of the best extreme long range bullets for the 50bmg? I was looking at the 750 Amax, Lapua 750 and 800. What have you guys had the best luck with at 1 mile plus?

Most of what I have found is that solids are hit or miss and pretty finicky. 750 amaxes seem to be the most consistently accurate bullet. I am getting ready to start load development for the amaxes so I will keep checking this out.
Agreed - I think you'll find the A-MAX is one of the better .50BMG bullets that's designed for precision shooting and is widely available. You may get better performance out of solids, but they tend to be less forgiving when working loads up.
