triceps super set incline extensions, incline tate press, incline jm press, tricep ladder x 3 sets of 10 each exercise
military press 3x10
seated dumb bell cleans 3x10
gun show/21's

barbell complex for conditioning

barbell complex:
zercher squats, zercher lunges, curls into over head press, bent row, stiff dead, back squat. 8 reps each 2 sets. 90 second rest between sets

leg press strip set, 8 plates per side x 8 reps, strip 1 plate a side, no rest, 7 plates x 8 reps, 6 plates x 8, 5 plates x 10, 4 plates by 10, 3 plates by 10, 2 plates x 15
1 plate x 15, empty platform x 15

almost puked... almost fell trying to walk. hahaha

100 eight counts
100 4ct jumping jacks
100 sit-ups
50 jumping pull-ups
100 body wgt squats
100 4ct flutter kicks. And yes, I'll be sore tomorrow.

Tae Kwon Do--Fitness class. All Drills Up and down the mat for 50 Minutes.

Personal Favorite is the Toe Touch/Puch-up drill.

Do a toe-touch, (stay bent) keeping feet in place, walk on your hands out to a push-up position, 5 push-ups, and hand-walk to the toe touch and stand up. Repeat 10 times.

foam roll/stretch

floor press worked up to 3RM
incline dumb bell bench using 65's for max reps. 2 sets till absolute failure
bent over row 4x10
rolling tricep extensions 4x8
shrugs 3x15
run the rack rear flyes pinkies up 4 sets

no cardio or conditioning...legs are still shot from fridays workout

Followed up yesterday's "Chelsea" with today's "Murph" slightly modified.

"Chelsea"
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
EVERY 60 seconds for 30 minutes

"Murph"
1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 crunches (ordinarily squats, but my legs are killing me)
1 mile run
as fast as possible
(got the first mile in 7:00 flat, took 20 minutes for the calisthenics, did 10 pullups 20 pushups and 30 crunches every 2:00 for 10 sets, then it took me a full 10:00 for the second mile, all together it was 39:42 for the whole thing with a few small rest intervals between the treadmills)

Plyo is tuff for the first time if you are already not somewhat fit.

Ran 4.5 miles this morning.

This afternoon:
10 different types of ab work with 30 seconds between set/thing.
3 sets clean and press 12-10-8 with 135lbs on olympic bar - 1 minute between sets.
3 sets squats, with 185 on bar supersets with upright row 85lbs - 1 minute between.
3 sets box jumps x20 superset with shrugs - 75lb dbs -1 minute between.
3 sets dead lift 195lbs w/db side and front raises.

finally getting my hand to work like it is suppose to. but middle finger to pinky is still weak and not responding as it should. must have pinched a nerve in my wrist on the bag. It never hurt though. Watch you six.

Hamstrings and quads are the biggest muscles in your body.... nuff said?

Stretch and lots of water(on a regular basis, not just workout days)

i just made up a workout and it turned out horrible

10x 115lb front squats
10x GHD situps
10x burpees
10x 115lb pushpress
10x 30" box jumps

10x sets

why do i do this to myself.
