Rifle Scopes Does anyone else have parallax problems on their SN-3's?

As the title states,

I think I'm having a problem with my parallax adjustment on my SN-3. I simply cannot dial out the parallax at any given distance and the ergo adjustment doesn't make any impact at all. Parallax neither get's better or worse if I make an adjustment. My question to the Hide is, is this normal and I'm being overly picky or is this something I should contact USO on?

i would say give uso a call. if its doesnt work im sure theyll fix it

I've had problems with my parallax on my SN3. Sent it back and they fixed immediately. USO has some great customer service. Use it. Their turn around is always quite fast. Call ahead first so they know it's coming and can attend to it as soon as its there.

Does it appear to focus on targets at various ranges or go out of focus if moved out of adjustment?

I will focus somewhat depending on where I have it set but the parallax won't change.
