I don't know where you got the info in your OP, but I have not seen anything on the DRD website, nor any other reviews/data to suggest that use of a suppressor with this system is either not do-able, unsafe, etc.

Hell, the DRD site shows multiple pics of the various rifles with suppressors, AAC QD flash hides/brakes, etc. If in fact they aren't to be used with suppressors, somebody might want to tell the mfg!
