I had to send back my EoTech HWS Site due to some "technical difficulties" The total turn around time was nine working days and this including shipping to and from. The sight was beyond it warranty and yet EoTech did not charge me a dime. As far as the repairs, in short, EoTech went above what I expected and I am very pleased. All of this was done the week before Christmas and the site was delivered back to me the day before Christmas. Every product is subject to problems. The true test of a company is how they handle the problems and treat their customers. Thanks EoTech.

i also had the same experience with EOTech, i called them, (Mike) told him my problem, he said my problem was not covered by warranty, "...but send it back to me, i want to see the sight", in about the same time it was repaired, returned to me and there was NO cost to me other than shipping.

i have talked to at least 4 or 5 people at EOTech and every one of them have been great and extremely helpful.

ya, Scott, i had read some things online that would have led me to believe that there CS was not up to par, but lately i have read some things that point in the opposite direction. sounds good.
