I’m comparing scopes using numbers instead of adjectives. I’ve got a spreadsheet started and noticed that the manufacturer claimed exit pupil doesn’t make sense for a Nightforce C585 4-14x56.
If exit pupil = objective/power
56/14=4 & 56/4=14
The nightforce website claims 3.6 & 12 which would make more sense for a 50mm objective...
Has anyone else noticed this? Am I missing a step in the math?
