FBI detains Mike Lindell at a MN. Hardees and confiscate his cell phone

They are building/have built a case for indicting him and others for Seditious Conspiracy. They are just tying up loose ends up and putting ducks in a row before they indict him (and many others) IMO. Look for it right after the Mid Term Elections.

Even if the election was rigged/stolen, according to testimony I have heard from the Jan. 6th Hearings, Trump and others were told (repeatedly and often) there was insufficient evidence to prove it legally and that The Constitution has no plans or alternatives in place to "re do" the election or throw it out. He was told by people like his daughter Ivanka and his campaign manager, Bill Stepien, and Bill Barr, that he needed to cease and desist with the stolen election rhetoric as he was transgressing US law/The Constitution by proceeding in this manner. He literally walked into Seditious Conspiracy and many in the Admin. walked/quit/were fired to avoid being implicated.

Trump's a Big Boy and willingly walked this line against all reasonable advice from folks who knew this was not going to go his Way. Even if the election was stolen it does not shelter him from deliberately conspiring to circumvent the existing Government and force his will on the Nation. He knew what he was getting into.

They (The FBI, DOJ, Congress, etc.) already have the case for indictment. They are just nailing down all possible avenues and witnesses/co conspirators. If they don't indict it's because they know they can't prove it - if they do it's pretty sure they know they'll get a conviction. We'll see in a few months/years. IMO.

Just curious why would they wait until after the midterms IF they indeed have something on him? Would it not make more sense to do it in October when it would be all over the news cycle and fresh in peoples minds prior to voting?

Also, what do you think is in those documents that they seized? Could it possibly be something that is very damaging in nature to Brandon et al? Could that be what the fuss is about? After all Hitlery Clinton&Huma did some highly illegal shit that compromised some serious capes and nothing like this happened to her.

Why would DJT even hold on to that shit? He had to know that Brandon and his band of idiots would be targeting him as soon as he left office. Why make it easy for them?

If the right is upset about the results of the last election then they need to hit the left with the same tactics the left used, and then some, next time
Notice how you say the right and the left

You don’t say “if we’re so upset”

I’m going with your a professional shit stirrer paid for with dollars stolen from the tax slave

IMO. they will wait until after Midterms because Merrick Garland (Attorney General) recently introduced new restrictions to maintain public trust in the DOJ - a little late for that. Also, there is a long standing policy within the DOJ that bars/bans prosecutors from taking overt steps that could affect the outcome of an Election. I think it is like 60 days before an election.

What do I think is in the documents they seized? No clue. The lies and manipulation are too deep to fathom - character assassination? Maybe stuff on Biden (I hope) or just "stuff" that belongs to The Government with names and dates and such that might compromise someone's version of National Security. Who knows? Maybe they made it all up/planted it.

My only point is that, IMO, the DOJ and FBI are building/have built a case to indict Trump and Associates for Seditious Conspiracy which will be tough to get a conviction on. I'm having a hard time believing that after all this Fun and Games, like the Jan. 6th Hearings, the seized phones and documents, etc that this is all just gonna fade away/go away. Remembering that Trump Organizations CFO, Allen Weisselberg, plead guilty to tax evasion and has accepted a plea deal to serve like 5 months instead of 15 years and that this plea deal included him testifying against the Trump Organization and that final sentencing will depend on his truthful testimony (whatever the fuck that is now) in the Trump Organizations upcoming trial.

Maybe some of this seizing of documents and phones is part of the upcoming tax evasion trial against the Trump Organization but I am skeptical of that scenario. After all, all of this is my opinion. I'm sure others have their own opinions.

Any one know if someone has successfully used a FOIA request to see what files the "Intelligence" agencies have on them? 🤔

I say this with "tongue halfway in cheek".......

I'm not sure that's a question I want to ask. If it's bad news, not sure I want to know. If they have nothing, I don't want to tip anyone off to start digging (or inventing) something.....

They’ve been weaponized for awhile. Only gonna get worse.
Yep, Obama weilded the hell out of the IRS, and we already seen plenty of the ATF and FBIs handy work.
ELECTION DENIER!!!!

We all know this, but continue to remain the silent consenting majority.
Just you wait until they use this tactic with tax stamps and eventually 4473s to track us down..
Which is why they want everyone to use the E4473 that they will conveniently store for you, and the paper ones are now set up to have gun and owner information on one page. Easier for the agents to keep together when they "compliance check"

I’m skeptical of the tax evasion thing as well.

WRT the classified documents, I read somewhere that there is a possibility that they may contain evidence of a 3 letter agency spying on him back in 2016. Think there is anything to that?

I had a new MSGT check into my unit back in the 80's. His security clearance was denied and he had to request his records in order to appeal. Seems that his brother was a bad guy and got in a mess. When they (FauxBI) searched the family home they found some memorabilia that he brought home from Vietnam. I got to read the file that was returned from the request. He was tracked for years. Every TDS and deployment. People he had contact with while at those duty stations and places he visited.
He was temporarily assigned to admin until his appeal and clearance was finally approved.

Nothing was redacted. Names, dates and time for years. It ended after about three years but nothing to say whether he was just like many that brought stuff home or any other conclusion.
He didn't get his stuff back. It didn't seem to make a difference in his promotion pace so I guess they didn't share it with the USMC. That's until he applied for the security clearance.

Absolutely nothing would surprise me at this point in time. We'll probably never know with certainty about a lot of this stuff.

Interesting, wonder if this is about Jan 6th, and where Mike was, but either way, the three letters are weaponized. Sad to hear.
The FBI has a long history of persecuting political opponents starting with J Edgar Hoovers well documented extra legal spying and blackmail files but definitely not stopping there.

I'm just sitting here LMFAO at anyone who seriously thinks they've stayed "off the radar". Lean into it, brother.
Off the radar completely? That’s correct that’s laughable and there’s probably multiple profiles built up of everyone somewhere someplace. But it’s still possible to do completely illegal shit online and get away with it. The darknet markets are still thriving, with a Alphabay redux making a recent reappearance. The OG Alphabay founder killed himself in Thai prison, but a co-founder/admin went dark for several years then relaunched the site, learning from previous mistakes made.

I wonder how much of the current shenanigans' (involving Lindell) revolve around the lawsuits that have been filed against him and others by Smartmatic and Dominion? I was unaware that there are pending lawsuits trying to get over a billion $ from a dozen defamation lawsuits. I'm a big believer in "follow the money" in stuff like this.

I'm not talking about dark web shit and neither is anyone else. People wanna believe that they can roam around with a cell phone in their pocket and a license plate on their car and buy 80% receivers online using a credit card but still be a "grey man" because they use pseudonyms online and don't own any NFA items.

“The demand for White supremacy” coming from FBI headquarters “vastly outstrips the supply of White supremacy,” said one agent, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “We have more people assigned to investigate White supremacists than we can actually find.”
Lol, read this yesterday on FBI being pressured.

Not a fan after he pissed all over the Alamo Cenotaph back in the 80’s.

Edit: Was never a big fan of his music before that anyway. Interesting how when he talks I can’t understand a word he is saying but has a big clear voice when he sings.
