Actually, I'm pretty dang thrilled with them. Been working on this rifle every night for a week basically, tweaking, testing, shooting, etc. A week ago when I started this determined project I was getting 2" groups at 50 yards at best, with some ammo's it did much worse. Tonight, after a week of "dialing" things in and using SK Standard Plus I shot 10 groups of 5 rounds each with an average of .464" and a final/best group of less than 1/4" with suppressor.

Ruger 77/22 All Weather, basically stock minus Volquarsten sear. Barrel threaded by Tornado Technologies with SWR Warlock.

Well done. What do you think was the most effective of the 'tweeks' you made?

Free floating the barrel hands down. It was a bit tricky in this stock but I made it work. Still want to do a little bedding and build up here and there but as soon as I discovered some of the issues with the stock and barrel contacting the groups shrunk in half. They shrunk more as I fine tuned the stock away from everything with a file. Then finally finding a brick of good match type ammo was the final kicker.

I have a couple hundred rounds through it in the last week, most over a chrono, and documented on target while I worked this process. As soon as I am satisfied that it will be consistent I plan to do a write up with all the info, pics, and data to share and hopefully help anyone else with similar issues.

That'll be cool to see. I'm getting pretty good (~1moa) groups out of my marlin out to 100yds, but I need to find something better than CCI standard vel to try. Which can is that? Looks like mine, Tac65.
