It has been stated several times in this thread alone.
To find pending and approval dates call the NFA 304-616-4500 and provide them with your name, your dealers name, and your serial number.

Also, there is an "edit" button under your post so that you can change it.

Picked mine up today. 34 weeks including a form getting sent back for correction. Only delayed the process about a week. And yes, Nichole Dudash is the examiner for Ohio(her stamp says Nickie, sounds kinda hot)

No CLEO sign-off, no fingerprint cards, and you can add people to the trust to keep them "legal" if they have access to a Form 1 or Form 4 item...like if you keep your SBR and can in a safe in your house, and go off and leave your safe unlocked, your wife technically has access to aforementioned items. If she is on the trust, no foul. If you purchased it as an individual, someone could get in trouble.

Those are three reasons I used to get a trust. I'm sure Graham will be by sometime to post the exact reasons with the exact wording

HOT DAMN! Mine went pending 9Aug12 as well! w00t!

Update: damnit! I called and mine is still "pending approval" and they told me to expect it by the end of Feb. Boo!

I had 2 form 4's go pending 6 SEP 12 and 2 form1's go pending 18 SEP 12. I should be coming up to bat soon. R&R in March so perfect timing.

I've heard from a couple people that their form 1's have been approved in a much quicker time frame than their form 4's. Can anyone add any experience to this?

All three of my cans have taken 6 months almost to the day. My AAC Cyclone 7.62 stamp arrived last Thursday. My bucketlist is now empty. Time to enjoy

Happy as a pig in ....

The ATF told me it should be back at my FFL/SOT within 30 days. So no call to the NFA branch without a kick in the teeth.

I had a delay of about 10 days as there were a few pages missing from my Trust (probably an error in the copier, and then my error for not checking).
