Just got off the phone with Phil's Daughter Jan and she confirmed that Phil passed away on November 2nd.

Phil was in business for all the right reasons....I am sure Ron Allen will continue the tradition of making some of the best cans in the business....OPS Inc is a class act.

Sucks, he was one of the few nice guys in the industry. He was always willing to help out with a question or tech support.
Trouble shot my mk12 when the muzzle device was out of spec and replaced it for free.
