Case arrived today. It’s solid and the lid stays open. So far so good. It was a steal at $115.

Question, from the pictures the rifle case looks like it has a foam layer for the top and bottom. Is there an intermediate layer to allow cutting out for the rifle profile and other gear you plan to pack?
