I sent Jerry R @ Premier Reticles an email as the springs in my rear flip cap came out and the cap flops around. I received an email back shortly there after confirming my shipping address and a note that 2 new caps would be in the mail that afternoon! He also offered to fix the spring in the bad cap and send it back to me so I'd have a spare set! That's A++ service in my book!

They are great, for sure. When I first got my 3-15, I had a couple questions and he called me from his home, at night and walked me through something. Good folks.

I had a slight issue and they were just fantastic about helping me out! I am glad I sold off my S&B's and went with Premiers!
