I've only seen two users comment and at least one of them is involved with the company.

Anyone not involved with them have any comment? Only stuff I can find it either endorsed or "influencer", both of which I take with a grain of salt.

On paper they look great. But... I don't see any db reduction numbers on their site. Also wondering if they have a gunk filter system like the Otto/Etymotic?

Any relevant background on the owner?

Thanks

Vince

Well, still haven't seen any reviews on these...

My lovely wife picked up a pair for me as a gift. She emailed the company to ensure Christmas arrival. They responded "yes", when she received the tracking it said 27 Dec. She immediately contacted them and they blamed UPS. nothing they can do. Skeptical that from the time they created a label and she received the automated tracking that UPS did the ol switcharoo.

Once I received them I gave them a quick try.

Pros:
Slickly packaged and presented
Easy to operate
Light and comfortable
surprisingly good sound quality to include bass (I'm no audiophile, they sound plenty good to me for music listening duties)
Priced well

Cons:
The sound amplification generates a white noise, especially noticeable when you have it connected to BT. Any time the BT takes over the sound amplification kicks off and it's silent. (possible the noise cancelling is also activating?) I don't recall if my Sordins do anything similar. (I generally keep them turned off. I've found I concentrate much better when I can't everyone BS'ing around me.) I will bring them both to the range next time for a side by side.

TBD:
Perceived sound reduction? Will report back after a couple range sessions. I will try them at the indoor range. I generally double up at the indoor. I'm not expecting miracles, but it will be a good benchmark.

I'm having some random issues. I am not ready to rule out user error yet, as I've only have a couple hours of use so far. Jamming to tunes, make a call, hang up, no tunes? Audio dropping from left channel only.

Battery life with BT is a mixed bag to me. It's better than my BT earbuds, but much shorter than a match. In short, about as good as I could hope for. So no BT during a match and have a backup plan as even without BT it may not last a long day at the range.
