Hi everyone!
My name is Tom and I'm based in London, England. I've previously stalked the site on occasion when I've been looking for information on one topic or another, but because the state of shooting sports in the UK differs drastically from the USA, I've never joined the forum before.
The main reason I'm joining now is that here in the UK, a new league for Precision Rifle matches is forming. It's still very much in it's infancy, but there's a dedicated core of shooters and it seems to be growing steadily and it's something I'm keen to get involved in. Obviously, you guys in the US have had these matches for years, and so there's a wealth of knowledge on forums such as this that I'm keen to tap into, to help grow this game over here.
Currently, I shoot F class (FTR specifically) and I hunt (or stalk, as we call it) both in the UK and overseas. My local range is the world famous Bisley, with ranges out to 1,200, but I also access private ranges with targets set out beyond 3,000 - no I haven't shot that far yet!
