I've got a S&B 5-25 on order and I would like some feedback on which of these two reticles you would suggest I go with:
H37 or H59
I understand that the center of H37 is off-set higher to allow for more elevation hold-over without having to crank those knobs, but this clutters the lens and affords a 'restricted' field of view. The H59 is centered and thus gives the operator two clear quarters of unrestricted view, but loses on elevation hold-over.
My last scope was a US Optic 5-25 which had a H37 reticle, so I am familiar with the pros and cons there. Would really appreciate it if those of you who have a H59 could chime in on whether I should even consider a H59 and if there are any other factors that I might not have considered.
Thanks!
