HH Impertech Sizing Help

I've narrowed down my rain gear choice, but the sizing SUCKS. I tried on a couple pieces of the Helly Hansen Impertech a few months ago and found the size withoug rhyme nor reason.

Can any of you guys using the stuff lend a hand? I am 6'2", 240lbs, 38-40" waist (depending upon dinner!), 46" long coat/suit. Thanks.

I'm 6'1", 210 pounds, 37" waist, 48" chest. Extra-large in that gear fits me fine, with enough room under the jacket for a fleece jacket, if the weather required it. My inseam is 32", and the pants are plenty long for me.

I have the regular pants, not the bib. If I needed to put very bulky fleece under the pants, I'd probably want to go up one size.
