Houston PD lies to get warrent on drug house

US Marshals make up less than 1% of all LE.

Hi,

LOLOL way to divert the issue at hand.

And how many known violent criminals does that 1% apprehend without anyone shooting at them, or them shooting the wrong person(s)?
So are you saying that what works for the 1% LEO would not work for the other 99%?

Sincerely,
Theis

Yes, you know the guys in the Nomax hoods and helmets everyone is bitching about in this thread?

Hi,

And since you are so in tune with sentence structure and grammar......

NOMAX is a pharmaceutical company .... The proper word you are wanting is NOMEX.

I agree... Your ignorance does abound here.

Sincerely,
Theis

So you may be confused with those who make drug arrests and those who arrest fugitives? DEA Agents throw in the flashbangs and take drug houses down, not US Marshals. My the ignorance abounds here.

Hi,

LOLOLOL you ever seen a flash bang thrown into a meth drug house?

You really should remove your fingers from the keyboard.

Sincerely,
Theis

Hi,

Well IF the POLICE or anyone else for that matter; come knock down my door while dressed in civilian clothes...guess what.......
And like it or not...The Statutes are on MY side with that.

Ever wonder in all your LEO expertise as to why the US Marshalls prefer to serve warrants while suspect is contained and visible in a vehicle instead of "somewhere" in a house that you may or may not have up to date floor plans?
They will stake out a house for days upon days just to wait for the suspect to get into a vehicle.
1. That provides them 100% confirmation of suspect "on site".
2. They know where the suspect is at instead of guessing which room in house.
3. Suspect knows that it is a LEO Organization that is affecting the arrest and not some criminal organization busting down the house door.

Sincerely,
Theis
Waco, Ruby Ridge to name a couple would have been a lot less dramatic that way.

In reality I view those types as mostly want-a-bees, because I've seen first hand the expressions on their faces when someone is not intimidated by their look at me shit, an presents them with a real issue. On the other hand the guy wearing street rags is my worry, as you never know what he's about, there for, or capable of doing in a split second. YMMV
Hiding in plain sight gets you farther an keeps you much safer in a shit venue, until it's time to reveal true intent an that tactic will always buy you 5-10 seconds of lag time. Always use same wisely,...

Sadly they even fuck that up,,,, time to disarm local popo

These no knock warrants are bullshit, period. They are getting more Civilians and LE shot or killed and in my eyes is the worst possible way to go about it.

Why not surround the house and get on a bullhorn? Or a PA and make known to anyone inside and to half the neighbors that LE is there and are coming in?

Theres no need for a no knock warrant. It's stupid and could be handled a million different and better ways. How is it not the most dangerous and confusing way to handle this? Hell, post the 15 officers up around the residence and make LE presence known. What's so wrong with that? How is a no knock warrant better than that?

This dude is 62 years old probably joined the popo auxilary to get out of the draft, has never done a thing in his life,,,, met a homeless guy that said he was a seal... makes fun of people that actually do serve... he is a paid member of BLM or just a thumb sucker... never took an oath in his pathetic life...

in other words he is a POS

Every time you ask Deputy Slippinschitz here a question you will get this as a response.

That is classic 5th generation warfare described there...Sometimes I see those fools saying how they can disarm this country by force. And I am thinking...these poor fuckers really have no idea of what they are trying to unleash upon themselves, do they?

So am I to assume that what you are saying is that Most here are Anti-Law Enforcement?

I dont think the majority of us are anti-law enforcement. Many here are current and retired LE.

But there is definitely a growing distrust between LE and civilians in this country. Many of us dont want to get rid of LE, we understand its necessary. Many of us would like to find a way to fix this distrust.

Since you like kicking doors so much maybe we can get you a stroller so they can push you up to the door and you can breach it up and shove you in on point or could shove you out to cover backside which is normal for the breach boy anyway.

I have a son that has breached considerable doors in conus and out.
Dea are not the only ones that do this, normaly it's a mixed team of professionals
and locals are not part of the entry because in this example they suck at it.

We could lend you the proper equipment if necessary.

I think there always has been a "Trust issue" and there should be an oversight of any Governmental Agency. I would say there is less corruption now than there was 50 years ago, maybe on a smaller scale but Technology has made Covert activity very hard to keep hidden.
I do not agree with that at all as I was awake an around back then, an can tell you that is/was not the case. I started seeing issues when recruitment standards were lowered, an proper pay levels were abandoned to shed people who knew how to be peace officers. Not just some badge heavy, fat ass cop, who could not stay out of the donut shop or local bar for freebees. The book is but a guide line an there are times where intent an letter collide. A good peace officer knows this and may have to bend the law to achieve the letter or intent.

I think they already know what to expect here. This kind of Bullshit is futile and not even close to what I would call respectful to LE. Ok for instance "Badge boys" that is certainly condescending in and of itself as a demeaning label.

And here's the warrantless demand for respect. I thought cops were all thankless heroes in your eyes? When law enforcement is the immediate authority on justice and makes "mistakes", it doesn't make them incapable of being wrong or criticised— it just makes them wrong with authority. Since you're retarded I'll explain that the word "authority" is used both literally and poetically in that same sentence.

I have a few friends and family who were cops, all of them vets as well. None of them would appreciate you pandering for their respect, they would tell you it is earned and proven, not demanded by a station. You are doing nobody any favors by spreading around such hubris onto good men.

Hi,

Don't send me PMs....

There are times when you come across that person you really shouldn't bother....well you did, lol.

Some of us do real shit for a living, not some backwoods gimped up Police.

I know all about Audrey and Carrie but notice I did not post anything about that until YOU brought family member(s) into conversation, so like in legal field...once that door is open then it is open to both sides. O and I know all about you too...LOLOL

Sincerely,
Theis

If you know me, you know who I am and what I stand for. What shit exists between us?

Show some respect Sam. It’s not wise to talk shit on so many people that have actually been there and done that.. or talk shit to someone talking about there son that has been there and does that. It’s the quiet ones you gotta watch. I respect my fellow vets and most cops. I got no respect left over for prison guards that obviously don’t respect the constitution. If your smart you’ll go stick your head in some sand for a while

BS all you want...I have never been to your town, much less arrested by you are anyone else....My Government licenses do not allow it.

I am answering you publicly, no need for PM, lolol.

Sincerely,
Theis
Thanks Theis. That just made my day.. I woulda p.m.d you this but now I’m a little scared.. lol carry on.

Or you are a Morrison? Pretty much narrowed down to one of two people so I will know if I see a Morrison or a Pattonoid. Both of you, whichever one you are? Knows I am not afraid and at 62, not much to lose.
Remember Sam.. when they kick in your door, don’t point a gun at them.. hold out for that Hawaii money. Especially if the cops are there to kill you.

You seriously need to reverse that! I think the common practice here must be to try pissing off every New guy but I am not the one you need to piss on or piss off. I was a Prison Guard for a while and went on the road. Prison Guards are a necessity and I never lied to an Inmate.
I see some serious Biase here and you guys should take stock in the fact that just because there was a bad one does not mean we are all bad. I do not "stick my head in the sand" and have not disrespected anyone.
If you can’t see how you disrespected anyone then you got problems. If you don’t believe in and respect the constitution, I would rather wipe you of my boot than piss on you. I’m new here too. It appears that more like what I got to say than what you got to say though. Realize the err of your ways and I might let you use a foxhole next to me.. maybe. Keep talking out both sides your ass though and I suspect you aren’t gonna make it till mass gun confiscation starts.

Sam, I've read this entire thread and your responses have gone from basically rational to pneumatic flat-earth rocket with a heat-seeking thermofucktard warhead blowing up on the pad after ten unsuccessful recoveries.

Good job maintaining personal security, Axel Foley. A genuine word of good advice, don't post pictures of your family on the internet where strangers can gather a great deal of information from it. This forum is public, anyone on the internet now knows they are the family members of a retired LEO. I tell you honestly that it's a bit irresponsible of you given the opinions you have handed out even beside any respect to your career. I'm all for a good debate, but I think it's pretty irresponsible to bring them into a premium shit stirring on the public internet. Learn to compartmentalize.

A sensitive bitch at that. Sheesh as much as the Jar Head, Dog Face and a shit ton of other names get tossed in here there wouldn't be anyone left. But this group of miscreants seem to fit like a puzzle and there's no butt hurt from words.
Maybe some day you won't be so thin skinned.

I think they already know what to expect here. This kind of Bullshit is futile and not even close to what I would call respectful to LE. Ok for instance "Badge boys" that is certainly condescending in and of itself as a demeaning label.
