I recently purchased an ISnipe app and considered it very helpful for ballistic calculations. As long as I allow it to import it's own weather data, it works great. Yesterday, I shot at 1000 for the first time and tried to manually input weather conditions from a Kestrel 4500. The MOA adjustments were completely off (1.9 for elevation). I went back and let it import it's own data based on GPS coordinates and it gave me more realistic MOA adjustments (46.5 for elevation). Any idea what I am doing wrong?
BTW, although the 46.5 elevation was pretty close, I realized the load I'm shooting is way to slow for 1000 yds.
