Good friend of mine was just pulling out of Matera last week when the crews were just starting to roll in for set-up and filming, was told about 800 people booking stay in there, with also chaining-off a big section of the old stone city . That place is one of the oldest cities of the world and should be some pretty good scenery for backdrop .

I agree with a lot of his analysis minus Craig. I think he made a great Bond, Casino Royal was phenomenal, maybe the best ever. The following movies weren't as good but that's not all on Craig, Brosnan's Bond was feeling stale by the end too.

This new progressive horse shit is ruining Bond just like it did Star Wars and a bunch of other films. I'm not going to see it and neither should you guys. Make them realize once again "get woke, go broke."

On a positive note, the new Wonder Woman trailer looks awesome!

It pissed me off when they tried to remake True Grit. Fail. Theres no remaking the Duke, Clint, Connery, Bronson etc. Some things need to be just left in preservation IMO.

See I saw Casino Royale as a great explanation about the psyche of Bond. He got screwed over by the hot dark haired chick even though, maybe because, he truly loved her. That fundamentally changed him into the playboy he was in the other movies. So that allowed him to bed 3-4 girls per movie and usually end up having to kill one of them, lol.

I agree though, none of the other Craig films have come close to his first.

Yeah, this is Craig’s last movie as Bond. The next movie is supposedly going to be where 007 goes from sausage to salmon.

I’d really like to see either Benedict Cumberbatch or Tom Hiddleston become the next player for Bond. I think either would be perfect for the role.

What was bad about Skyfall?

Spectre was completely forgettable. Watched it once and I barely even remember the main villain or the plot for the most part.

My big complaint with the Daniel Craig era films are the bond girls....they've been really blah. Casino Royale has the cunty chick...pass. The dark haired chick in Quantum of Solace was super hot in the original Hitman film. Here she's was just kinda meh. Same with the redhead covered in oil. Asian chick in Skyfall was okay. The black Moneypenny chick is no Halle Berry but she wasn't bad. At least she shot guns and drove a bit.

Look forward to another Daniel Craig Bond film. Prefer the slightly grittier style and the less corny gadgets gimmicks. A spy flick with more espionage is preferred.

I agree on the Bond girl's quality and characters going down. Although the one in Casino grew on me.

If you think it's going to improve in this next one you're in for a bad surprise. The black one took over his codename, has an attitude problem and might be taping a schlong to it's leg and the other female seems to be his ex wife? Woo, sounds like a great time!

I think Cumberbatch is an excellent actor but doing action where he's not magic.... I'm not sure he could break a guy's face in a bathroom fight, etc. I like the gritty, physical Bond but he would definitely do the suave, clever part right.

Out of Craig's movies, I like Skyfall. Casino was a close second. No Time To Die, I will go see. I'm hoping that all this female Bond stuff is just typical hype to get people "talking". I would go see a movie about Jinx, especially if its Halle Berry reprising the role!

Oh yeah, Henry Cavill would pull it off.
