Rifle Scopes Leupold Customer Service +1000

I used a Leupold Mk4 CQ/T during 07-08 and 10-11 in Iraq. It served me well and saved my but a couple of times. That being said, after ranges, LFX, and two tours, the battery case had molded (my word) to the housing and I could not get it opened.

I sent the whole package to Leupold, two weeks later my scope had been completely overhauled and returned to me. I cant say enough about thier customer service. Has anyone else had a great experience with them?

have had great luck wit ha few mistreated scope repairs. One of which was my fault entirely..( Leupold vari x III 1.5x4 on ar m4 in OEF, exiting uparmor HMMWV, door slammed on scope.. figured I would be out 425.. NO BS No ? asked, and best part NO BILL. Scope is still used today, works well and should be around for years to come.. but it is now on a ar 15 that doesnt get the same use..

Leupold is willing to stand behind their products and they make good stuff. Look at the resale value of a Mark 4 spotting scope. I wish those things would lose a little value so I could but one used, but it just doesn't happen.

I've sent quite a few scopes back to leupold and all were repaired without a bill and they were all under a 3 week turn around time. They have the best customer service of any of the high quality scopes on the market in my opinion. While others will repair the scope they charge you unless it is absolutely their fault

I had the misfortune to buy a Green Ring (made in Korea) Sequoia spotter which had major resolution issues. Talked to the folks at Leopold and they offered me an upgrade to their Gold Ring 15-30X60 spotter for $30 which I took. Great service, had new spotter in 2 weeks from the day I sent in the Sequoia spotter.

Have always felt leupold makes a great scope with great CS to back. Had a friend recently buy a used beat up spotter that some scratches on the glass and they sent him a new one for something like $50 if memory serves. They went above and beyond with that deal. He has never bought another brand in 20 years.
