Just installed a JP trigger kit in my son's LR-.308.
I "think" I got the disconnector timed correctly...
Trigger feels amazing, but I gotta say the instructions from JP left a LOT to be desired, if you've never done a trigger job on a semi.
Cock the bolt, pull the trigger...hold to the rear.
Release trigger very slowly, disconnector releases at the very end of the travel, with no discernable slack left after.
Sound right?
Heading to the range this weekend, but there is the indoor pistol range down the street where I've been thinking of taking it (yes, they allow it) to test it to be sure. Don't want to waste four hours of driving to the 1000 yard range only to find out I've got a machine gun...
