I was in Kansas City this week, and called to ask if I could stop by and place an order in person. They said sure, so I stopped in on Tuesday morning to look at a few stocks and decide on a color. Tom stopped what he was doing and showed me several examples and helped me to decide on a T6-A. I can't wait to get my hands on it! I certainly didn't expect Tom to take the time to show me around, as the shop was very busy, but he took the time. Means a lot to a customer in this day and age to get great service. Thanks Tom!
