Mini-review Raineer Arms ultra-match 223 barrel

After talking the the RA guys I decided to buy a UM barrel. Seems like a real nice barrel. I wrote up a small blurb on my blog if anyone is interested. Oh and keep in mind the target posted was shot using a heavy military trigger with tons of creep.

Yeap that's how my rainier ultra match 16" shoots. I haven't done any load development either I just crank out 24varget or 24 tac and put a 75 hornady on top of it @ 2.245".

Thanks for posting this. Seems like it may be worth the extra 100 bucks over the various Wilson offerings that are around $250.

Rainier UM barrels are great.
I have UM barrels installed on builds in 223, 6.8 and 308.
All are lights out shooters.
Like anything ammo load, optics, trigger, shooting conditions & distance and individual shooting abilities make a difference too.
The barrels are first class.
