Every time these animals riot and the government does nothing, they become more emboldened. Ignoring them will not stop the riots. Appeasing them will not stop riots. Trying to reason with them will not stop the riots. Every day this continues law-abiding citizens are being put at greater risk. I honestly wish we had an adult in charge right now because if the citizenry has to take it upon themselves to attempt to restore order, it will be a dark path on which there is no turning back; unfortunately I'm afraid that there's a non-zero amount of people in this country, including those in positions of power, who are wishing for exactly that. I don't believe we are past the point of no return yet, but I'm definitely not so as naive to believe that we aren't treading closer with each passing day.

And handing out summary executions on-the-spot as a definitive judgement and punishment so that there is an actual 'repercussion' to these reprehensible actions.

The US is certainly like an out of control car , no-one knows if it's just going to keep going like this until it runs out of fuel(goverment handouts), smash into a tree or burst into flames, the longer it goes on the less chance the driver has of getting control of it and the one thing that is for certain is that those of us watching it all are damn glad we're not in it.

Growing up on a farm we always had critters running around, they were loved and well taken care of. If one of our dogs killed a neighbors livestock they were dealt with by the neighbor and it never caused a problem. Moral of the story - the local animals are becoming a problem.

I don't think Russia has any such camps since fall of Soviet Union.
In height of Stalins reign 2.6mio folks were in Gulags ,China has cca 1.7mio incarcerated + the 1mio Muslims in 'reeducation camps'' while 5x population size of US, US today has 2.3+ million people locked up , and further 4.5 million on parole or probation, so no need to come up with anything new you already have all largest and best funded repressive apparatus in the world and prisons to match anything Chinese have and then some.
