What most people fail to realize is, a lot of us do this for the entertainment and winning an argument has nothing to do with it. @akmike47 is not retarded, he is a specialist when it comes to Drag racing. He specializes in tranny mods and other latex apparel.

The only fight I saw (was not a party to) at The Warehouse, in Red Hook, St. Thomas in around 1998, was when Chris Hays told Scotty the bartender that where he lived they used dogs to run/drive deer during deer season. I had just put a dollar in the juke box and Brooks and Dun's Maria started to play way too loud (as they are won't to keep the volume at The Warehouse). I don't know where Chris was from, but Scotty was from Michigan, and they don't use dogs to hunt deer there. From that comment it escalated quickly to shouting and name calling across the bar. The whole place went quite except the two guys shouting at each other and Maria blasting over them both. Suddenly Scotty exploded over the bar, grabbed Chris by his t-shirt and they both started throwing haymakers at each other. Scotty was always the peacekeeper of the place, so we were all just kind of staring with our mouths open at they commenced to whup each other's asses...

Being in the USVI in the middle of summer and watching two grown ass men beat the fuck out of each other over deer hunting methods is probably less stupid than this disagreement on Sniper's Hide about drag racing...

Even top fuel replaces displacement with higher RPMs, forced air, and more fuel huge valves and other technology. If displacement couldn’t be replaced they'd have to build engines with 5 gallon bucket sized pistons.

I’ve said multiple times just because they both run 1/4 mile it doesn’t make them direct competitors. Also more power doesn’t come from just higher displacement but you very obviously don’t know that. Even gave more similar and just s stupid example she to prove a point.

Nothing in an evacuation order says you have to take your cars with you. Nothing in any auto insurance policy excludes storm damage from the comprehensive coverage. The house might not be covered but the cars will be and those two cars are worth more than a lot of houses.

We would take light arrows with no tip and barely draw back shooting them straight up and everyone had to stand still and see where it landed.

Fuck kids are stupid lol. At least we knew enough to use a light arrow and it would only shoot 30ft up or so, but damn looking back...

Edit- to be fair if it hit you it didn’t hurt really it was moving slow.

Most of those cars are a dime a dozen anyway. Guy by me has a green AMG GT /GTS black series or whatever the highest end one is called, it’s sweet.

Another guy has 3 lambos in his driveway...I hate him, but I’d go to work for him today like wolf of wall street

This post is literally a straw man argument, you look like more and more of a moron with each post lol.

I think you’re actually stupid. The saying isn’t from the 50s it was from decades before. It’s thought to have come from W.O. Bentley you moron, and dragsters the 50s didn’t have 11,000hp. Large displacement was needed because turbo/superchargers weren’t reliable or cheap/easy to get so you got around it with displacement. When they became reliable and more plentiful they became more widely used.

You don’t really know anything you parrot what you heard at some point.
