Unfortunately while the first option would be preferred, the good people of this country have let it go way too long and the Communist infestation is way too deep and widespread.
If the first option would work, we could just do it from the ballot box on voting day and be done with it. Unfortunately we are a bit stuck and might have to wait for some really big natural disaster and civilization ending event to be able to fix things.
