Rifle Scopes Mystery Old Swarovski Tactical ZF Scope?

I bought this from a guy on calguns, marked ZFM 6x42 Z but no manufacturer's logos. If you search on Google you'll find pics right away, it's got the BDC from 1-8 (unmarked, I'm guessing 308), 26MM tube, T post reticule, coin reset turrets and a pair of steyr quick release rings. Wondering who made it, whether it was kahles or some contract company.

My plan is to put it on my M1A once I figure out how to reset the funky turrets.

Commonwealth sniper rifles had them as issue. The SSG 69 being the first platform that everyone thinks of. BDC for 308Win set up for 168s.

I have the Swarovski version, it was part of the Steyr SSG

Mine is a Swarovski 6x42 with BDC turret and post reticle

pre-Kahles, I bought it 1990, first rifle out of the USMC, SSG69 package with Swarovski 6x42
