Need help from a Quickload user

I'm a Mac user, so my options are extremely limited in terms of this type of software.

So JD Jones worked on this one. He called it 50 American Eagle.

50 AE case (as in Desert Eagle) necked up to 510

you can use bootcamp to install windows on your mac

I don't follow. Quick load is an approximation. I'm needing the info for suppressor design. I hold no one responsible for what I do with the info.

It's about the software, the owner, or distributor of QL doesn't want people publishing data, this forum honors his request.

I don't get it either, but?

I grew up wondering if JFK stuck his pathetic little weinie in Marilyn Monroe. Then someone published a book confirming he did. I never did feel compelled to write the motherfucker a check for the price of his book. Even though I was handed information I'd sought after for years.
Such is life.

If that same owner or distributor would release a Mac compatible version, I wouldn't need to ask for the data.

I could load windows or a windows emulator on my Mac. I could also use airsoft parts on my builds. It is fine for some people, but I don't go there.

Not to state the obvious but it's about intellectual property.

The company that does QL wants to protect it. They have time and money invested - fair enough. It would seem that you see some value in the approximated data that his product could provide you thus your requesting. So why not grab an inexpensive PC or laptop running Windows and buy the software?

I am pretty sure that if you were to bring your suppressor design to market you would want to be compensated by thoes who used it and would probably not be handing out any proprietary design details just because someone asked or wanted them.
